Champions Cup all-time records

The Concacaf Champions Cup is now in its 61st edition. Here is a look at some of the record holders in the tournament’s history. All stats sourced from Concacaf.

Top Five All-Time Scorers 

  1. Javier Orozco (Cruz Azul, Santos Laguna):24 goals
  2. Darwin Quintero (Club América, Santos Laguna): 23 goals
  3. Oribe Peralta (Club América, Santos Laguna): 22 goals
  4. André-Pierre Gignac (Tigres UANL): 20 goals
  5. Emanuel Villa (Cruz Azul, Querétaro FC):17 goals

Javier Orozco had an incredible run over the years as he racked up 24 goals. Chuletita’ did it while playing for two different Liga MX clubs: Cruz Azul and Santos Laguna.

The Mexican forward also holds the record for the most goals scored in a single edition of the tournament. He took over 2010/11 as the Golden Boot winner with 11 goals for Cruz Azul, who fell in the semi-finals to eventual champions C.F. Monterrey.

  • Darixon Vuelto (CD Victoria) 15 years, 9 months, 8 days:Scored against Luis Ángel Firpo on October 23, 2023, in the 2013/14 edition.

Rodríguez and Nava both tallied seven goals during their five-match scoring runs, including one hat-trick for Rodríguez and two braces for Nava.
